E.L.F Cosmetic’s Hydrating Bubble Mask Review
E.L.F Cosmetic’s Hydrating Bubble Mask Review
Last week was my paycheck to splurge so I was in need of a decent, yet affordable mask. I was walking around Target checking out the Elf Cosmetics Section, and I had found their Hydrating Bubble Mask and decided to give it a try.
I like to do a bubble mask every other night to keep my skin in tip top shape, I also NEVER allow myself to go to sleep with make up on.
Let’s get glowing!
Let me start by saying I am absolutely in love with this packaging! It comes in a 1.69 oz/ 50 g plastic container. The container is rather sturdy and comes with a pump release. I love the color of the packaging as well it is a bluish-green color and it reminds of something you would see at a spa club, or getaway.
I am obsessed with this mask! You can use it daily or a few times a week, which ever you would like! How it works it you press down on the pump twice and apply a thin layer of product. Wait 5 to 10 minutes for mask to completely dry, while it dries it creates a bubbly, fizzy sensation that you can feel and hear, I think it’s pretty nifty! I can feel the stress literally fizz away!
Once the product has dried, rinse off all product with warm water, and pat your face dry with a towel. Finish off by using your daily moisturizer.
Honestly I am blown away by how baby soft, and glowing my skin is after using this mask it is definitely something I will be purchasing a lot of!
I found the hydrating bubble mask by ELF Cosmetics at Target for $14.00. I usually cringe at stuff like this but a bottle can last 1 to two months for me, and in reality, its cutting me off of eating out so I can’t complain! I feel the 14 dollar price tag is a very reasonable price!

Hey Harry Potter Fans!
Have you seen this makeup artist’s video? She just made Harry Potter even more real and whimsical!
Her name is Georgina Rylan this talented and stunning Brisbane, Australia native used both makeup and paint to create a truly realistic night scene of Harry Potter. You can see the transformation in this video:
According to an article on Huffington Post, Ryland said that this was a fun yet challenging 10 hour challenge to create such a magical scene from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. Magical is right! I can’t possibly imagine doing makeup for 10 hours straight!

W7’s HD Foundation Review in Sand Beige
In the world makeup gurus, you tubers, and influencers, finding the perfect foundation can be as hard as finding Mr.Right. Have no fear! W7 HD Foundation is here!
I love W7’s packaging it comes in a 30 mL glass bottle, with a red pump. Therefore, this is a pump foundation and you really only need two to three pumps as this delivers medium coverage it can also give you full coverage if you go another pump!
I highly recommend this product especially if you are on a tight budget, in school, or just do not want to go crazy on buying a decently awesome foundation. I bought mine for five dollars at my local Ocean State Job Lot.
On my right side of bare skin with NO foundation. On my left side is the foundation I believe I picked a shade too dark but its okay, with a little setting or foundation powder it works out perfect! It feels a little waxy at the start but once the foundation sets to my skin it actually feels really soft and gives me a glowy, warm, and natural look. I don’t like makeup that looks cakey and this does not do that so I am absolutely in love!
I did a swatch of the foundation to show you the consistency and color, it does dry a little lighter,so I never worry too much about color, as said a little setting spray also really helps deliver.
My Overall Rating and Opinion:
I am in love with W7 Cosmetics I have so far only tried their foundation, and I am very impressed, in case you are a first time audience of my blog, I only write about cruelty free brands and only use them because I do not agree to the idea of a bunny being bleached with chemicals so a human can look pretty.
Any who, overall I rate this foundation a 9 out of 10, for the price you really can’t go wrong, especially being a low end product it lives up to high end expectations, The only thing I’m not crazy about is that it takes a little work to blend it, but that also could be just because I bought a shade a tad dark for my skin.
You can find W7 Cosmetics at your local Ocean State Job Lots, or on their website:
Have you tried any of W7 Cosmetic’s line?
Today I am reviewing a long due post about the Twinkle VoxBox I was kindly sent from Influenster.
Please note all products were sent for testing purposes only and are not being used for resale!
Let’s get to it!
Aquation Lotion: Out of all the products I received in this box I loved this product the most. This lotion is light weight, glides on smoothly, and doesn’t stain clothes, score! Added brownie points, this is a cruelty free product(very important to me). I also love that you can use this lotion on your face as well anytime you need a little extra moisture to keep your skin from feeling like sand!
While this wasn’t a bad tasting snack, I honestly didn’t think it tasted any different from the traditional Oreos you find at the store. I’m not a big cookie eater, at least not ones that aren’t made at home, so for me it wasn’t something out of the ordinary.
Reynolds Cookie Baking Sheets:
Again, this isn’t something I use much of and I honestly use my crock pot for most dishes so I can’t honestly give you a comparison review or anything like that. They aren’t bad by any means and I do use them when I do bake in the oven such as cookies, and brownies, they are pretty useful. However, as said, I don’t use these very much so I don’t feel a need to actually buy more.
Axe Body Wash in “Night”
I personally love the scent of this, lavender, and cedarwood, and just very husky, sexy, man beast. I used it myself, my boyfriend wasn’t a big fan. However I did get a lot of attention from other females(tee hee!).
I also received Covergirl Lash Blast, and Crockpot butter, however I am not a fan of Covergirl and I do not care for butter so I honestly did not like either product enough to want to review it.

I hope everyone is having a splendid January!!! I wanted to talk to you all today about keep those brushes clean and how you can do it at home for cheap!
This is not something that I am claiming originality on but rather something I saw that worked for my brushes and I wanted to share with you to help your brushes.
Please note you should be washing and disinfecting your brushes daily, especially when running your own make up artist biz. If you cannot get to that I suggest at least 3 times per week and this does not take long at all so it is not time consuming. Not only is it good for your clients but it also it good to not dirty up those precious pores!
- a Bowl or deep plate
- 1 cap full of olive oil
- a tablespoon or 2 of either a shampoo that is free of chemicals, Dawn Dish Soap.
- 1 c hot water
Mix cup of hot water, and then olive oil and finally shampoo or dish soap in the bowl or plate. I do prefer this order because then my brushes smell good(yes weird I know). Start with 1 brush at a time and gently swirl the bristles into the solution, gently squeeze any water out of the brush but DO NOT WRING the brush or you may damage the bristles. Then wipe brush off on clean paper towel until there is not more makeup residue coming off the brush. Let the brush air dry. Repeat with each brush. Allow brushes to dry over night.
